I.The brief

A good cafe runs on knowing its regulars

A neighbourhood cafe lives on returning guests: the Saturday brunch table, the oat flat white, the birthday booked every year. Most of that knowledge lives in staff memories and a paper diary.

The cafe wanted a website that felt as considered as the food, and a quiet system behind it for tables, enquiries and guest notes, without the cost and complexity of restaurant software.

II.Out front · the website

A website with an appetite, and a guest book that remembers

We designed the website around the menu and the room, then joined reservations and enquiries to one simple record per guest, so the team can see who’s coming in and what they like.
